KLE/NFELOER
\\ J/Bright People.RIghY So7etFons.
V
40 feet below existing grade. This is suggested also by data recorded in well No.
378917N 1212460W001 (about 0.7 miles southwest of the project)where ground water depth was
recorded at 41 ft below the ground surface in April 2000.
It should be noted that perched groundwater may be encountered, or groundwater levels can
fluctuate depending on factors such as seasonal rainfall and runoff, groundwater
withdrawal/recharge, and construction and irrigation activities on this or adjacent sites. The
evaluation of such factors is beyond the scope of this investigation.
4.4 VARIATIONS IN SUBSURFACE CONDITIONS
Our interpretations of soil and groundwater conditions at the site are based on the conditions
encountered in the borings drilled at the site and our review of available geologic and geotechnical
data. Soil conditions can deviate from those conditions encountered at the boring locations. The
recommendations that follow are based on those interpretations. If significant variation in the
subsurface conditions are encountered during construction, it may be necessary for Kleinfelder
to review the recommendations presented herein and recommend adjustments as necessary.
20210067.001A/ST020R111447 Page 9 of 37 May 11, 2020
©2020 Kleinfelder www.kleinfelder.com
