In the event Kleinfelder is not retained to perform this <br /> recommended review, no responsibility for misinterpretation of the recommendations by <br /> Kleinfelder is accepted. <br /> 6.2 CONSTRUCTION OBSERVATION AND TESTING <br /> It is recommended that all earthwork and foundation construction be monitored by a <br /> representative from Kleinfelder, including site preparation, placement of all engineered fill and <br /> trench backfill, construction of slab and pavement subgrade, and all foundation excavations.
