KLE/NFELOER �Bright People.Right Solutions. 7 LIMITATIONS This report presents information for planning, permitting, design, and construction of the proposed Air Cargo Facility to be located in the Stockton Metropolitan Airport (SCK), south of the intersection of B Street and Earhart Avenue in Stockton, California. Recommendations contained in this report are based on materials encountered in Borings B-1 through B-9, percolation test holes P-1 and P-2, geologic interpretation based on published articles and geotechnical data, and our present knowledge of the proposed construction. It is possible that soil conditions could vary between and beyond the points explored. If the scope of the proposed construction, including the proposed location, changes from that described in this report, we should be notified immediately in order that a review may be made, and any supplemental recommendations provided. We have prepared this report in accordance with the generally accepted geotechnical engineering practice as it exists in the site area at the time of our investigation. No warranty expressed or implied is made. This report may be used only by the client and only for the purposes stated, within a reasonable time from its issuance. Land use, site conditions (both on-site and off-site) or other factors may change over time, and additional work may be required with the passage of time. Any party other than the client who wishes to use this report shall notify Kleinfelder of such intended use. Based on the intended use of the report, Kleinfelder may require that additional work be performed and that an updated report be issued.
