SAN J 0 A Q U 1 N Environmental Health Department <br /> u ; i y 1 Iii <br /> Small Quantity Hazardous Waste Generator Inspection Report <br /> Facility Name: Facility Address: Date: <br /> RIPON TRUCK AND TRAILER REPAIR 1 1022 FRONTAGE RD, RIPON June 12, 2019 <br /> SUMMARY OF VIOLATIONS <br /> (CLASS I,CLASS II,or MINOR-Notice to Comply) <br /> Item# Remarks <br /> 605 CCR 66262.34(f) Failed to completely label containers or portable tanks of hazardous waste. <br /> The following were observed: <br /> -One black 55 gallon container with used oil observed with incomplete hazardous waste label in the hazardous <br /> waste storage area. <br /> -One blue 55 gallon container with used oil observed with no hazardous waste label in the hazardous waste storage <br /> area. <br /> -Two blue 55 gallon container with used antifreeze with no hazardous waste label in the hazardous waste storage <br /> area. <br /> -One blue 5 gallon bucket with used oil observed with no hazardous waste label in the middle of the shop. <br /> Note: One black 55 gallon container with used oil with incomplete hazardous label had the words"Hazardous <br /> Waste"and the contents(used oil)on it,the rest of the label was blank. <br /> All hazardous waste containers shall be marked with the following information: <br /> -the words"Hazardous Waste" <br /> -name and address of generator <br /> -hazardous properties <br /> -physical state <br /> -composition (contents) <br /> -accumulation start date <br /> Immediately label these containers and ensure that all containers are marked with all the required information. <br /> Since these containers have been on site longer than 180 days, immediately contact a licensed hazardous waste <br /> hauler to dispose of this waste under manifest and submit a copy of the manifest to the EHD. <br /> This is a repeat violation, Class ll. <br /> Overall Inspection Comments: <br /> An inspection checklist was provided to the facility operator at the time of inspection. The EHD will generate <br /> and provide a complete report to the facility operator. <br /> Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form to the EHD with a statement <br /> documenting the corrective actions that have been or will be taken for each violation, and any supporting <br /> paperwork, within 30 days of receiving the complete inspection report. <br /> Inspector provided: Inspection checklist, free CUPA classes flier, Four hazardous waste labels, hazardous <br /> waste labeling minimum requirements sheet <br /> Waste streams observed: Used oil, Used antifreeze, Laundered rags, Used absorbent, Metal fines. <br /> FA0014914 PR0521935 SCO01 06/12/2019 <br /> EHD 22-01 Rev.9/20/2019 Page 7 of 8 Small Quantity Hazardous Waste Generator OIR <br /> 1868 E.
