S0 JOA U 1 Environmental Health Department <br /> u ; i y <br /> Small Quantity Hazardous Waste Generator Inspection Report <br /> Facility Name: Facility Address: Date: <br /> RIPON TRUCK AND TRAILER REPAIR 1 1022 FRONTAGE RD, RIPON June 12, 2019 <br /> SUMMARY OF VIOLATIONS <br /> (CLASS I,CLASS II,or MINOR-Notice to Comply) <br /> Item# Remarks <br /> 601 CCR 66262.34(d)Stored hazardous waste onsite greater than 180 days. <br /> Facilities who generate less than 1000 kg of hazardous waste per month and do not exceed 6000 kg of waste <br /> stored on site at any time may store waste on site up to 180 days. <br /> The following were observed: <br /> -One black 55 gallon container with used oil observed with incomplete hazardous waste label in the hazardous <br /> waste storage area. <br /> -One blue 55 gallon container with used oil observed with no hazardous waste label in the hazardous waste storage <br /> area. <br /> -Two blue 55 gallon container with used antifreeze with no hazardous waste label in the hazardous waste storage <br /> area. <br /> Note: One black 55 gallon container with used oil with incomplete hazardous label had the words"Hazardous <br /> Waste"and the contents(used oil)on it,the rest of the label was blank. <br /> Since it cannot be determined how long the hazardous waste has been on site, immediately contact a licensed <br /> hazardous waste hauler to dispose of this waste under manifest.
