Use the following directions to get to the hospital from the project site: <br /> Drive south on County Road J8 to Interstate 5, continue south on 5 for 8 miles to Highway 12. <br /> Continue on Highway 12 to Fairmont Avenue. Turn left on Fairmont and continue three blocks <br /> to the hospital. The hospital is located at 9755 Fairmont Avenue, Lodi. <br /> SITE SECURITY <br /> Access during all on-site activities will be restricted to authorized personnel.
