Lodi, California <br /> March 10, 2011 ■ Terracon Proposal No. 60110040 <br /> interval of most likely environmental impact as determined in the field by the <br /> sampling professional; <br /> ■ Collection of one groundwater sample from each of the borings using <br /> HydropunchTM sampling techniques; <br /> ■ Collection of one groundwater quality control (QC) field blank and one laboratory <br /> prepared trip blank that will be analyzed for BTEX with MTBE to verify sample <br /> integrity during collection and transit. <br /> The soil and groundwater samples will be collected and placed in laboratory prepared <br /> containers, labeled, and placed on ice, immediately after sample collection in a cooler which will <br /> be secured with a custody seal, prior to transportation. The samples identification, time of <br /> collection, and associated analysis will be documented on a chain-of-custody form and <br /> transported to the selected analytical laboratory for BTEX, MTBE, and TPH analysis on a <br /> normal turnaround. <br /> Laboratory Analytical Program <br /> The soil and groundwater samples collected from each of the soil borings will be analyzed for <br /> BTEX, MTBE, and TPH. The quality control field blank sample will be analyzed for BTEX with <br /> MTBE. The following methods will be utilized: <br /> Analysis Sample Type No. of Samples Laboratory Method <br /> Soil 3 <br /> BTEX and MTBE 4 EPA Method 8260B <br /> Groundwater 3 primary samples <br /> and one field blank <br /> Soil 3 <br /> TPH EPA Method 8015M <br /> Groundwater 3 <br /> Preparation of LSI Final Report <br /> Upon completion of site activities and receipt of the laboratory analytical results, a final report <br /> will be prepared that will include the following: <br /> ■ Documentation of field activities; <br /> ■ Site plan showing pertinent site features; <br /> ■ Soil gas/Soil boring/monitoring well logs; <br /> ■ Analytical laboratory results; <br /> ■ Data evaluation and presentation of findings; and <br /> 4 <br /> Reliable ■ Responsive■ Convenient■ Innovative <br />
