Infection ion and Control Plan <br /> Section 1 <br /> Procedures for decontaminating and disinfecting environmental surfaces <br /> Description of how each workstation and procedure area is decontaminated or disinfected: <br /> All surfaces are wiped down with CaviWipes prior to set up. Single use disposable tools are <br /> used and disposed of for each individual client. One disposable microblading tool is used per <br /> client and discarded into the sharps container after the procedure is completed. Barrier film <br /> and a disposable waterproof bed sheet is used on the body art chair to keep surfaces from <br /> coming into contact with bodily fluids. Barrier film is used to cover the ring light, and to hold the <br /> procedure tray cover in place. After procedure is complete all tools and waste are disposed of <br /> in a lined garbage, and any needles or sharp objects are discarded in the sharps container. All <br /> surfaces are wiped down with CaviWipes. <br /> EPA registered solutions: <br /> CaviWipes for surfaces,cords and <br /> machine <br /> Surfaces and objects to be disinfected: <br /> Procedure tray, machine cord and chair, and any surface that may come into contact with the <br /> client or gloved hand <br /> How often are these surfaces and objects to be disinfected: <br /> Before and after every procedure <br />
