TATTOO AFTERCARE <br /> Always wash your hands before touching your tattoo. Leave your bandage on for 1 hour <br /> or until you are in a clean environment where you can wash and treat your tattoo. <br /> Wash your tattoo with liquid dial antibacterial hand soap and pat dry, then apply a very <br /> very small amount of Aquaphor to your tattoo making sure to rub the Aquaphor into the <br /> tattoo, not just layering a film over the top of it. Do this at least 3 times a day or anytime <br /> the tattoo looks to be dry. <br /> Do not exfoliate the tattoo, enter swimming pools, hot tubs, lakes, oceans etc, do not <br /> expose to direct sunlight, do not wear invasive or tight clothing until healed. Do not pick <br /> at scabs or scratch tattoo. <br /> It is not uncommon for your tattoo to show slight signs of swelling and pain when being <br /> touched but if at anytime severe redness, swelling, yellowish/greenish discharge, red <br /> streaks going from the tattoo towards your heart or elevated body temperature occurs or if <br /> your tattoo is painful when not being touched or irritated contact your doctor immediately <br />
