To meet regulatory inventory requirements, it is necessary to have a complete list of all chemicals <br />and chemical products and quantified inventory records of hazardous materials. <br />2. The Chemical Inventory Sheet is kept inside the cover of the MSDS binder. <br />3. The sheet is completed as follows: <br />a. list common product name for each hazardous chemical <br />b. list manufacturer <br />C. complete hazard column using the NFPA Iabel identifying system <br />d. record permanent MSDS identification number <br />C. record ACTIVE or DELETED status of chemical <br />f. list unit of issue <br />g. quantify maximum amount of product in area at any one time <br />h. check method of disposal. <br />Effective Date: 3/5/2009 8:34 AM6/1/2009 <br />Revised Date: <br />Hazardous Materials Waste Management-MASTER.doc <br />
