See attachment Red Bag <br />Item #24 Several pharmaceutical waste containers not marked. Not need as discussed with Todd via phone <br />Item #24 Chemotherapy Waste not labeled on all four sides. See attachment Chemo <br />Item #24 Pharmaceutical waste was discarded in several waste containers. Submit evidence of an in-service <br />training. See Attachments Sign in 1, 2,3, and 4. <br />Item #25 A cart used for transporting bodily fluids not labeled on all lateral sides. See attachments bio 1 & 2. <br />This should fill all requirements for the deficiencies that were sited.
