Church St. , Lodi , CA 95240 <br /> On 4-10-86 an inspection was conducted at the above referenced premise. <br /> The inspection identified the following violations of Title 22 California <br /> Administrative Code: <br /> A . The inhouse infectious waste containers were not properly identified. <br /> Containers shall be provided with the words "Infectious Waste" or "Biohazard"- <br /> with the international symbol written on both sides and the lid, readily visible. <br /> 2. The outside storage area was not properly identified. Properly identify outside <br /> storage area according to regulations. <br /> A,..3. Container for receiving infectious waste in laundry room not properly identified <br /> and no written procedures posted for employees to follow. Properly identify <br /> container according to regulations and post infectious waste handling procedures <br /> for employees. Recommend using water soluable bags to reduce handling of <br /> infectious materials. <br /> 4. No certification for infectious waste bags strength. Provide certification from <br /> the company showing that the bags meet Section 66840(F) of the regulations. <br /> 5. Infectious waste handling procedures needs to be updated, include the following: <br /> a. Weekly pickup of your infectious waste, from the existing four day requirement. <br /> t <br /> This variance will be granted. <br /> b.
