The bags are securely tied to prevent leakage or <br /> expulsion of the contents during handling, transport and storage. All biohazardous bags are impervious to <br /> moisture and meet OSHA specifications for thickness strength. All sharps containers have tight lids to <br /> secure containment of sharps waste. <br /> Labeling procedures: <br /> Biohazardous waste collection bags are red and labeled with the biohazard symbol and word.
