Our records do not indicate waste was collected on 10/14/21 but we do show service on 10/07/21, 10/21/21 and 10/28/21.The attachment we have been provided is for 11/3/22 and this manifest is fully completed. Is there something specific they mentioned being incomplete? In regards to the second question, I will reach out to the branch for further details and future steps/assurance. It does appear we have been able to successfully complete weekIV services after the last December 2021 delays. I will see how we plan to continue this.
