Field Operations Policy and Procedures (fo <br /> c. Remove trash, dust, dirt and scuff marks from interior surfaces as such items appear. <br /> d. Treat vinyl,plastic or leather surfaces with a protectant that adds an aesthetic sheen. <br /> e. Clean all glass surfaces of dirt, dust and fingerprint residue. <br /> f. Keep vehicle interiors free of stale or unpleasant odors by means of a non-fragrant <br /> deodorizer as needed. <br /> Note: The above requirements for exterior cleanliness will be waived during <br /> inclement weather. <br /> g. Repair damage to a vehicle in excess of 25%, or damage that can be seen from 25 feet <br /> of the vehicle's body panels, trim, wheel covers, etc. to like-new appearance prior to <br /> the vehicle being placed back in service. <br /> h. Ensure the vehicle has the appropriate supplies for the type of service. <br /> i. Ensure the vehicle has a first aid kit, fire extinguisher, flashlight and emergency road <br /> hazard kit with emergency reflectors/flares in the event of a mechanical failure. <br /> 2. Operational Use Vehicles: <br /> a. Wash and vacuum as needed — vehicle exteriors are considered clean when no <br /> collection of dirt, dust or road film is visible from a distance of 20 feet. <br /> b. Remove trash, dust, dirt and scuff marks from interior surfaces as such items appear. <br /> c. Keep equipment or supplies organized and containerized where possible. <br /> Note: The above requirements for exterior cleanliness will be waived during the <br /> continuation of inclement weather. <br /> d. Repair damage to a vehicle in excess of 50%, or damage that can be seen from 40 feet <br /> of the vehicle's body panels, trim, wheel covers, etc. to like-new appearance prior to <br /> the vehicle being placed back into service. <br /> e. Ensure the vehicle has the appropriate supplies for the type of service. <br /> f.
