(See Personal Care Center Dispatcher.) <br />EPA <br />The United States Environmental Protection Agency. <br />Ferrous metal <br />Metal with magnet properties. <br />Fetal remains <br />The remains of a human fetus which has developed between the embryonic and birth stages. <br />First Call <br />Initial contact between the Company and a client family to obtain decedent information. <br />First Call Provider <br />Company personnel or Company -approved contractors assigned with the responsibility for <br />providing initial contact with client families so as to obtain decedent information and initial <br />service requests. <br />FTE (Full Time Equivalent) <br />A quantitative measurement of the number of employees required to fulfill a job task based on <br />a standard 40 -hour work week.
