Additional responses might <br />be the evacuation of the surrounding area and public notification. <br />• Team will determine whether to request assistance from Air Gas (800-949- <br />7937). <br />• An incident team member will become media officer to coordinate public <br />relations and media inquiries. Will also keep corporate personnel apprised <br />of ongoing issues. <br />• Incident team will be responsible for completing a final incident report to be <br />issued to corporate after incident has lapsed. <br />Sulfur Dioxide <br />Release of sulfur dioxide may occur at three specific locations: within the garage like <br />structure, located on the northside of the lehr, and inside the lehr building.
