2 <br />Employee and/or Contractor/Supervisor <br />Securi <br />Document Number: 909 R 5003 <br />Rev: 12 Date: 1/22/13 <br />• under no condition, should the employee and/or Contractor or supervisor <br />enter the area for closer examination. <br />• all employees and/or Contractors should stay upwind and a safe distance <br />from the immediate area. <br />• employees and/or Contractors should make no attempt to directly response <br />to a chlorine incident <br />• the supervisor should immediately notify the security on duty <br />• security will immediately notify fire department (call 911) and request <br />assistance <br />• security will notify incident response team members <br />• security will establish wind direction by looking at flags or other means <br />• If wind direction indicates that a chlorine cloud may move over facility, in <br />consultation with incident response team, using public address system, <br />either evacuate facility in stages or notify employees and/or Contractors to <br />shelter in place. <br />• Security will halt all traffic into facility except for emergency equipment <br />• Security will assist incident response team as directed <br />Management Incident Response Team <br />• Team will initially establish command center in the area around the security <br />house to facilitate communication and traffic control procedures. <br />• Team will determine based on various atmospheric conditions whether the <br />chlorine cloud threatens Pilkington employees and/or Contractors and make <br />determination to evacuate or shelter in place.
