NSG <br />11 <br />Ll <br />Document Number: 909 R 5003 <br />Rev: 12 Date: 1/22/13 <br />EMERGENCY RESPONSE PROCEDURES <br />Training <br />All members of management staff will receive training to understand the components <br />of this plan. Meetings will be scheduled as needed to review the plan and address <br />outstanding issues. The EHS Manager will be responsible for providing this plan to all <br />appropriate employees and/or Contractors and emergency agencies. <br />As appropriate, practice drills will be held for the purpose of training personnel. Joint <br />training exercises with emergency response agencies (i.e., fire department) may be <br />held. <br />The EHS Manager will maintain appropriate training as required by federal and state <br />regulations. Facility employees and/or Contractors will receive basic awareness <br />training (a component of the Employment Orientation/HazCom training) in a sufficient <br />manner as to allow them to respond in a manner which maintains the safety of the <br />employee and/or Contractor and allows for the proper reporting of emergencies. <br />Those employees and/or Contractors required to respond and assist in the cleaning up <br />of small releases will receive additional on-site training, appropriate with the types of <br />chemicals found on-site and level of response. <br />H:\profile\My Documents\500 E. louise ave (CIA LOF)\9-25-13\909R5003 Emergency Response Procedures.doc <br />Page 38 of 67 <br />Paper Copies are Not Controlled unless stamped in RED "Controlled Document'.
