N■Irs <br />Procedure <br />11 <br />Document Number: 909 R 5003 <br />Rev: 12 Date: 1/22/13 <br />EMERGENCY RESPONSE PROCEDURES <br />Procedures Upon The Discovery Of A Suspected Bomb <br />IF ANYTHING SUSPICIOUS IS SEEN, `DO NOT TOUCH' <br />REPORT IT TO SECURITY! <br />• Notify Security at extension "6292" of the situation. Try to give as much <br />information about the incident/discovery as possible. <br />• Security should then make contact (by phone) to the following parties: <br />1. Emergency Services (Police/Bomb Squad) <br />2. Plant Manager <br />3. Human Resources Director <br />4. All other individuals on the Emergency Call -In Sheet <br />• The Plant Manager/Shift Manager will coordinate response activities that <br />should include evacuation of the facility, unless there is reason to believe <br />evacuation may present a danger to employees. A headcount of employees <br />and visitors should be performed. <br />• Once Emergency Services (Police/Bomb Squad) has arrived on -scene, all <br />authority of response coordination shall be delegated to the appropriate <br />Emergency Services Commander. The Plant Manager/Shift Manager shall <br />notify the Emergency Services Agencies of any missing/unaccounted for <br />employees or visitors. <br />• When the bomb is removed or defused and the Emergency Services <br />Agencies have designated the facility safe to resume operations, the Plant <br />Manager/Shift Manager shall notify Security. <br />• Security shall give the signal to re-enter the facility buildings and resume <br />normal operations. <br />• SECURITY shall complete an Incident Reporting Form, if one has not been <br />yet completed. <br />H:\profile\My Documents\500 E. louise ave (CIA LOF)\9-25-13\909R5003 Emergency Response Procedures.doc <br />Page 54 of 67 <br />Paper Copies are Not Controlled unless stamped in RED "Controlled Document'.
