Document Number: 909 R 5003 <br />GROUP <br />Procedure Rev: 12 Date: 1/22/13 <br />EMERGENCY RESPONSE PROCEDURES <br />A terrorist attack to the facility could be a bombing, act of arson, chemical release or <br />weapons fire. Due to the size of the facility, relative stability of the process and the <br />small numbers of employees working at any time the threat of a terrorist attack is <br />remote. <br />What You Do <br />There is no specific terrorist procedure, for a terrorist attack on the facility follow the <br />appropriate procedure for: <br />A. Bomb threat <br />B. Fire <br />C. Evacuation <br />D. Chemical Release <br />For any suspected terrorist attack notify the following: <br />Security/ Guardhouse <br />Shift Manager <br />Team Leader <br />Area Manager <br />Security will activate the Facility Emergency recall procedure and notify the proper <br />authorities. <br />H:\profile\My Documents\500 E.
