CALIFORNIA REGIONAL WATER QUALITY CONTROL BOARD <br /> CENTRAL VALLEY REGION <br /> MONITORING AND REPORTING PROGRAM NO. 94-051 <br /> FOR <br /> JOHNS-MANVILLE MANUFACTURING, INC., <br /> JOHNS-MANVILLE ASBESTOS/CEMENT PIPE CORPORATION <br /> AND <br /> FORMOSA PLASTICS, USA <br /> FOR THE CLOSURE AND POST CLOSURE OF <br /> SURFACE IMPOUNDMENTS AND UNCLASSIFIED LANDFILLS <br /> SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY <br /> REPORTING <br /> The Discharger shall report monitoring data and information as required in the Monitoring <br /> and Reporting Program and as required in the Standard Provisions and Reporting <br /> Requirements dated September 1993. Statistical methods in addition to these specified in the <br /> Standard Provisions may be used with Regional Board staff approval. <br /> Reports which do not comply with the required format will be REJECTED and the <br /> Discharger shall be deemed to be in noncompliance with the WDRs. <br /> In reporting the monitoring data, the Discharger shall arrange the data in tabular form so that <br /> the date, the constituents, the concentrations, and the units are readily discernible. The data <br /> shall be summarized in such a manner to illustrate clearly the compliance with waste <br /> discharge requirements. <br /> Monthly monitoring reports shall be submitted to the Regional Board by the 15th day of the <br /> month following the month in which samples were taken. Quarterly, semiannual, and annual <br /> monitoring reports shall be submitted to the Board by the 15th day of the month following <br /> the calendar quarter in which the samples were taken. <br /> The results of any monitoring done more frequently than required at the locations specified <br /> herein shall be reported to the Board. <br /> A report shall be submitted to the Board by 30 January of each year. The report shall <br /> contain both tabular and graphical summaries of the monitoring data obtained during the <br /> previous year, and a discussion of compliance, or lack thereof, with this Order. <br />
