The Discharger ceased A/C pipe production in July, 1987. While A/C pipe was being produced, the facility impounded the process wastewater from <br /> the A/C pipe slurrying process, the heat exchanger cooling water, and the boiler plant <br /> steam condensate. The impoundment facilities consist of two unlined settling and <br /> evaporation/percolation basins, approximately 1100 feet x 60 feet x 18 feet deep, <br /> constructed of earthen embankments. <br /> 29.
