Commentors are urged to make their comments on the basis of the full body of the text in each chapter. River Pointe Project r . Ford Construction Company has submitted an application to the City of Lodi for the River Pointe project. This application consists of a request for: • A General Plan Amendment to change the designation of the southern portion of the project site from HI(Heavy Industrial)to LDR(Low Density Residential). The north- em portion of the site would remain designated as IDR. • A rezoning for the project site from M-2(Heavy Industrial) and F-P(Floodplain)to P- D (Planned Development). • Approval of a Tentative Map to subdivide the 12.11 acre site into 45 single family lots. The lots would be serviced by a private street system.(River Pointe Circle and River , Pointe Court)with the project entry from Turner Road. j Significant impacts, Mitigation Measures & Monitoring Procedures Table 1 summarizes the significant impacts,mitigation measures and monitoring proce- dares discussed in this EIR. In Table 1,the left-hand column lists the significant impacts of the proposed project, the center column lists the mitigation measures to eliminate or i reduce those significant impacts and the right-hand column lists the monitoring proce- dures to ensure compliance during project implementation. 2
