Commentors are urged to <br /> make their comments on the basis of the full body of the text in each chapter. <br /> River Pointe Project <br /> r . <br /> Ford Construction Company has submitted an application to the City of Lodi for the <br /> River Pointe project. This application consists of a request for: <br /> • A General Plan Amendment to change the designation of the southern portion of the <br /> project site from HI(Heavy Industrial)to LDR(Low Density Residential). The north- <br /> em portion of the site would remain designated as IDR. <br /> • A rezoning for the project site from M-2(Heavy Industrial) and F-P(Floodplain)to P- <br /> D (Planned Development). <br /> • Approval of a Tentative Map to subdivide the 12.11 acre site into 45 single family lots. <br /> The lots would be serviced by a private street system.(River Pointe Circle and River , <br /> Pointe Court)with the project entry from Turner Road. <br /> j Significant impacts, Mitigation Measures & Monitoring Procedures <br /> Table 1 summarizes the significant impacts,mitigation measures and monitoring proce- <br /> dares discussed in this EIR. In Table 1,the left-hand column lists the significant impacts <br /> of the proposed project, the center column lists the mitigation measures to eliminate or i <br /> reduce those significant impacts and the right-hand column lists the monitoring proce- <br /> dures to ensure compliance during project implementation. <br /> 2 <br />
