Lodi City Landfill November 16,2011 North of Awani Drive,Lodi,California Project No. 104690061 • In association with the LFG well drilling and construction, collect decontamination water samples from each 55-gallon Department of Transportation (DOT)-compliant drum for ana- lytical testing to evaluate potential waste disposal options. • Arrange for the transportation and off site disposal of soils/wastes and decontamination water associated with LFG well construction to appropriate facilities under proper waste manifest. • Conduct fieldwork in accordance with applicable regulatory guidelines and requirements. • Document field activities on individual trench logs, boring logs, on daily report(s) of field observations, and with photographs. • Perform data analysis, quality assurance/quality control, and compilation of environmental field and laboratory data. Data validation will include reviewing and analyzing data for pre- cision,accuracy and consistency. • Prepare a site investigation report that documents field methodologies and summarizes findings. Analytical results and sampling locations will be presented in tabular and graphic formats.The re- ports will include photographs,trench logs,laboratory analytical reports,and other relevant data. PRE-FIELD ACTIVITIES Pre-field activities will be performed by field personnel,who will be a California Professional Geolo- gist, California Certified Engineering Geologist, or California Professional Engineer or experienced personnel working directly under the registered professional. 10.1. Work Plan Approval,Permits,and Notifications A copy of this work plan will be submitted to CalRecycle and the EHD/LEA for their review and approval prior to starting fieldwork. Permits are not required for the planned exploratory trench excavating. Permits will be obtained from the San Joaquin County, Environmental Health Department for the construction of the LFG wells. CalRecycle, EHD/LEA, and/or other personnel will notify City of Lodi staff of the planned site investigation work,dates the work will be performed and provide contact information. The property owners south and east of the Lodi City Landfill and at the private gated River Pointe community will be pro- vided a Notification Letter that briefly summarizes the planned site investigation activities, dates of the planned fieldwork, and contact information. 104690061 R fitW.&c 20 &
