Lodi City Landfill November 16,2011 <br /> North of Awani Drive,Lodi,California Project No. 104690061 <br /> • In association with the LFG well drilling and construction, collect decontamination water <br /> samples from each 55-gallon Department of Transportation (DOT)-compliant drum for ana- <br /> lytical testing to evaluate potential waste disposal options. <br /> • Arrange for the transportation and off site disposal of soils/wastes and decontamination water <br /> associated with LFG well construction to appropriate facilities under proper waste manifest. <br /> • Conduct fieldwork in accordance with applicable regulatory guidelines and requirements. <br /> • Document field activities on individual trench logs, boring logs, on daily report(s) of field <br /> observations, and with photographs. <br /> • Perform data analysis, quality assurance/quality control, and compilation of environmental <br /> field and laboratory data. Data validation will include reviewing and analyzing data for pre- <br /> cision,accuracy and consistency. <br /> • Prepare a site investigation report that documents field methodologies and summarizes findings. <br /> Analytical results and sampling locations will be presented in tabular and graphic formats.The re- <br /> ports will include photographs,trench logs,laboratory analytical reports,and other relevant data. <br /> Adbh <br /> 10. PRE-FIELD ACTIVITIES <br /> Pre-field activities will be performed by field personnel,who will be a California Professional Geolo- <br /> gist, California Certified Engineering Geologist, or California Professional Engineer or experienced <br /> personnel working directly under the registered professional. <br /> 10.1. Work Plan Approval,Permits,and Notifications <br /> A copy of this work plan will be submitted to CalRecycle and the EHD/LEA for their review <br /> and approval prior to starting fieldwork. Permits are not required for the planned exploratory <br /> trench excavating. Permits will be obtained from the San Joaquin County, Environmental <br /> Health Department for the construction of the LFG wells. CalRecycle, EHD/LEA, and/or <br /> other personnel will notify City of Lodi staff of the planned site investigation work,dates the <br /> work will be performed and provide contact information. The property owners south and <br /> east of the Lodi City Landfill and at the private gated River Pointe community will be pro- <br /> vided a Notification Letter that briefly summarizes the planned site investigation activities, <br /> dates of the planned fieldwork, and contact information. <br /> 104690061 R fitW.&c 20 & <br />
