8/30/62 At least in the amount of ONE HUNDRED THOUSAND AND NOIIOO ($100,000.00) DOLLARS covering all of the risks named in this paragraph, excepting Public Liability, which shall be at least in the sum of ONE HUNDRED THOUSAND AND N01100 ($100,000.00) DOLLARS in any one accident involving any one person, and THREE HUNDRED THOUSAND AND N01100 ($300,000.00) DOLLARS in any one accident involving more than one person, where accidents (including death) occur to persons, the City's agents and employees, the Contractor's agents, servants and employees; and in the amount of FIFTY THOUSAND AND N01100 ($50,000.00) DOLLARS for property damage coverage. The Contractor shall, before the commencement of per- formance pursuant to this Agreement, take out, and during the life of this Agreement maintain in full force and effect, com- pensation insurance with an insurance carrier or carriers under an insurance policy or policies, satisfactory to the City in form and amount covering its full liability under the Workmen's Compensation Insurance and Safety Act of the State of California and any act or acts amendatory thereof or supplementary thereto, for compensation of any employee who may be injured during the course of the work therein provided for and to the dependants of any employees who may be killed during the course of said work. Such policy or policies shall expressly provide therein that they shall not be revoked or reduced in amount by the in- surer until thirty (30) days' written notice of the intended revocation or reduction thereof shall have first been given to the City by such insurer.
