Applicant <br />has filed an Application for Authority to Construct and Permit to Operate <br />with San Joaquin County Air Pollution Control District, (attached Appendix <br />"C"). The methane gas which will fuel the internal combustion engine <br />otherwise will continue to be released to the atmosphere. <br />E.
