WASTE DISCHARGE REQUIREMENTS <br />CITY OF STOCKTON <br />AUSTIN ROAD CLASS 11-2 <br />SOLID WASTE DISPOSAL SITE <br />7. In the event of any change in control or ownership of this treatment and <br />disposal system, the discharger shall notify this Board of such change and <br />notify the succeeding owner or operator of the existence of this order. <br />8. The Board will review this order periodically and may revise the require- <br />ments when necessary. <br />9. Except as required in the Discharge Specifications, the discharger shall <br />follow the recommendations for construction, operation, and maintenance con- <br />tained in the consultant's report dated June 1977 including a three foot <br />cover installed over the final grade consisting of 6 inches intermediate <br />cover, one foot compacted clay with permeabilities of 1 x 10-6 cm/sec or <br />less, and 18 inches of soil. <br />The finished grade shall be constructed at 3 percent (3 feet per hundred) <br />and shall be maintained at all times at a minimum of 1 percent (1 foot per <br />hundred) to provide for lateral flow of precipitation from the site." <br />I, JAMES A.
