Datum) <br />Wells or test holes shall be provided to monitor the elevation and quality of <br />ground or perched water in the area of the disposal site. These wells or test <br />holes will be located under the direction of the Board's staff. Upon completion <br />of the wells or test holes, the following information shall be obtained quarterly: <br />Constituents <br />Elevation Specific Total Total <br />ground water Conductance Hardness Chlorides Iron COD N <br />Date in well (umhos/cm) (mg/1) pH (mg/1) (mg/1) (mg/1) Total <br />Monitoring reports shall be submitted to the Regional Board by the 15th of each month <br />following the calendar quarter. In reporting the monitoring data, the discharger <br />shall arrange the data in tabular form.
