The revised determinations
are as follows:
I. Non -Compliance Criterion:
A. Disease: The site does not comply with the cover portion
of the disease criterion because soil cover on the completed
fill area is being excavated for use as periodic cover and
wastes are being exposed in the process. The lack of cover
material available on site indicates that daily cover cannot
be applied as required by the State Minimum Standards.
II. Indeterminate Criterion:
A. Safety/Bird Hazard: The bird hazard to aircraft criterion
remains indeterminate because no evaluation has been con-
ducted to determine whether or no -1c: birds attracte%-7A 1:o the
landfill pose a hazard to jet aircraft using the Stockton
Metropolitan Airport.
III. Criteria Resolved to Compliance:
A. Surface Waters: The indeterminate status for this criterion
has bee—n—cHa—nged to compliance, based on the inspection of
June 18, 1981.
B. Groundwater: The indeterminate status for this criterion
has been changed to compliance, based on a determination
made by the Board's Staff Geologist.
100% POST -Consume"
RECYCLE* PAPER
