Page 2
Mr. Joe Walker
The SWMB is providing a grace period of three months beginning with
the date of this letter for you to correct the RCRA non-compliance
determination noted above. If you take advantage of this opportunity
to upgrade your site you must notify the SWMB in writing of the cor-
rective actions taken before the end of the grace period and request
• re-evaluation. Upon this notification, Board staff will schedule
• re-evaluation of your site for all RCRA criteria except those
classified as needing further investigation.
Sites not requesting a re-evaluation before the expiration of the
grace period, and sites failing to meet the criteria at the requested
re-evaluation, are subject to inclusion on the Open Dump Inventory
list that will be sent to the Environmental Protection Agency and
published in the Federal Register.
Further investigation is required in order to make a determination
for the one indeterminate criterion. When the evaluation of the
indeterminate criterion is completed you will be notified of the
result in writing and if non-compliance with RCRA is noted a three
month.grace period will start at that time.
If there are any questions on the results of these evaluations please
contact Barry McGee at (916)322-0458.
Sincerely,
"a
all/
John Bell, Manager
Office of Enforcement
Attachments,
cc: r.
