An inspect <br />of this facility revealed the following violations: <br />1. Compacted debris was not covered with six (6)` <br />inches of clean cover :raterial every 24 hours. <br />(Section 17682 California Administrative Code)'. <br />2. Compacted debris deposited more than 180 days - <br />was not covered with one (1) foot of clean cove= <br />material.
