Lincolnd.. <br />Stockton, CA 95206 <br />RE: AUSTIN ROAD, LANDFILL PERMIT # 39 -AA- 001 <br />All San Joaquin Local Health District permits for sanitary landfills and <br />transfer stations are due for review by this District five years after <br />issuance, as stated in The California Administrative Code, Title 14, <br />Section 18213 and California Government Code, Section 66796.34. <br />The SJLHD permit for Austin R ad Landfill, Permit #39 -AA- 001, was issued <br />December 16, 1977, and is now ue for revision. <br />Any significant changes in the design or operation of this facility shall be <br />submitted to this office for review within 10 days.
