Lincoln <br />Stockton, CA 95206 <br />RE: PRE -WINTER PREPARATION FOR AUSTIN ROAD LANDFILL <br />PERMIT #39 -AA -001 <br />Pursuant to Part II, A-4 of Solid Waste Facility Permit #39 -AA -001 the <br />San Joaquin Local Health District requires that each operator submit in- <br />formation showing plans for winterizing landfill sites to insure adequate <br />preparation for the forthcoming inclement weather conditions. In order to <br />review each operator's winter preparation plans, the following information <br />on a scaled drawing not less than 1" = 100' shall be submitted for evaluation: <br />1. Locate the disposal site area in square feet that will be used <br />for your winter operation. <br />2. Locate all roads and unloading pads to the winter site and the <br />type of materials that will be used for the road and pad con- <br />struction. <br />3. Locate the clean fill cover material storage area and indicate <br />the anticipated amount of fill material needed to meet the cover <br />requirements from September 30 through April 30. <br />4. Locate the reserve road material storage area and the anticipated <br />amount of road material needed for reserve from September 30 <br />through April 30. <br />5.
