Litter was observed escaping from your vehicles along Austin <br />Road. <br />Section 122 of San Joaquin County Ordinance No. 877 regarding covering and <br />containing of refuse and commercial garbage states, "A means of covering and con- <br />taining the refuse or commercial garbage securely within the hauling body of every <br />vehicle used by any person in the collection and transportation of refuse or com- <br />mercial garbage shall be provided and no refuse or commercial garbage snail be <br />permitted to escape from the vehicle". <br />The practice of littering along Austin Road must cease immediately.
