Litter was observed escaping from your vehicles along Austin <br />Road I <br />Section 122 of San Joaquin County, Ordinance rho. 877 regarding covering anc <br />ll <br />containing of refuse and commercial garbage states, "A means of covering and con <br />taining the refuse or commercial narbage securely within the hauling body of eve <br />vehicle used by any person in the collection and transportation of refuse or com <br />mercial garbage shall be provided and no refuse or commercial garbage shall be <br />r.n.nmi f.tc.•i tea ocw srao-.:.fru.,.... .L�n ..:ra h,:,S: ..
