We would like to <br /> remind you that any proposal for changing conditions in the above <br /> lease must be submitted to the California Waste Management Board, <br /> San Joaquin County Local Health District' s Environmental <br /> Division,' and the Air Pollution Control Board for their review <br /> and approval.
