Box 2009 <br /> Stockton, CA 95201 <br /> RE: Austin Road Landfill and French Camp Landfill <br /> San Joaquin County Environmental Health Division (EHD) has recently submitted a <br /> solid waste facility permit for both the Austin Road Landfill and the French Camp <br /> Landfill to the California Integrated Waste Management Board (CIWMB). Public <br /> Resources Code 50000-50002 requires all permitted solid waste facilities to be in <br /> compliance with Its jurisdiction's General Plan. CIWMI3 has requested a letter from <br /> your Department stating that both the Austin Road Landfill and the French Camp <br /> Landfill are in compliance with the Stockton City General Plan. <br /> Your immediate response will be appreciated since both landfills are scheduled for <br /> public hearings in Sacramento beginning on June 23, 1993.
