Flies <br />There has been no increase in the presence of flies seen during the weekly inspections. The fly <br />count has averaged around or below 1. The period from October 15, 1993 to November 3, 1993 <br />showed a higher fly count due to warmer weather. See enclosed inspections. <br />2. Mosquitos, Wasps Cockroaches and other Vectors <br />There has been no presence of vectors seen during the weekly inspections. <br />3. Domestic Rats <br />None were trapped and no signs of presence. <br />4. Field Rodents <br />There has no signs of presence during the weekly inspections. <br />5. Odor <br />No increase in odor observed during the weekly inspection. <br />6. Fire Hazard <br />No fires have been observed during the weekly inspections. <br />7. Litter <br />There has been an increase in litter adjacent to the working face where the ADC is being <br />utilized. There is more litter observed around the winter pad area.. <br />8. QpggLti ns <br />Some litter has migrated off-site to the North when the ADC has been used at the winter pad. <br />The push trail at the winter pad has had exposed garbage that has not been covered with soil or <br />ADC. The ADC Covertech 440 has large rips that need to be repaired or replaced to prevent <br />odors, vectors and additional leachate. An additional amount of stockpiled soil is needed for <br />cover adjacent to winterAW working fac aunty Health Care Services <br />
