a. The landfill is consistent with the Stockton City General Plan. <br />1. The permit is consistent with standards adopted by the California <br />Integrated Waste Management Board. <br />C. This facility is consistent with the County Solid Waste Management Plan <br />dated March, 1986. <br />4. The design and operation of the facility is in compliance with state minimum <br />standards for solid waste handling and disposal as determined by the Local <br />Enforcement Agency (LEA) on March, 30, 1993. <br />5. The facility shall be in compliance with flammable clearance PRC 44151 <br />provisions as required by the Stockton City Fire Department. <br />6. The Notice of Determination for this permit shall be subject to all applicable <br />mitigation measures which are identified in the initial study file IS25-90 as <br />adopted by the City of Stockton Community Development Department. This <br />complies with Section 21108 and/or 21152 of the Public Resources Code.
