Standing water over covered fill areas <br />The San Joaquin County Public Health Services, Environmental Health Division, <br />through this permit, may prohibit, or condition the handling or disposal of solid <br />waste to protect the public health and safety, rehabilitate, enhance the <br />environment, or to mitigate adverse environmental impacts. <br />2. Any change that would cause the design or operation of the facty not to <br />conform to the conditions of this permit may be considered a significant change <br />and would require a permit revision. <br />3. This facility has a permitted capacity of 1200 tons per day and shall not receive <br />more than this amount without first obtaining a revised permit. <br />4. A change in operator would require a new permit. <br />5. This revision of the solid waste facilities permit supersedes the permit originally <br />issued on February 1, 1983. This permit has been revised as a result of the 5 <br />year permit review, and is intended to update the previous permit. <br />6. The annual spring clean-up for the City of Stockton would cause the operator <br />to extend its operational hours. It would also be open on Saturdays during the <br />months of April and May. Only special pickup of household refuse is added to <br />the waste stream. <br />1 This permit is subject to review by the LEA, and may be modified, suspended, <br />or revoked for sufficient cause after a hearing. <br />2.
