Describe the personal safety equipment provided by the landfill and who will be wearing it. <br /> 10. The watering of the working face is prohibited due to the possibility of increasing leachate <br /> at the landfill. <br /> 11. Describe other "dust palliatives", their exposure levels, and their reactions with waste <br /> material. <br /> 12. Will the house trailer on-site continue to be occupied and for how long? <br /> 13. Describe the bird hazard demonstration per Subtitle D. Describe how "approximate bird <br /> count records would be maintained and reported by the City on a to-be-determined basis". <br /> 14. Existing storage of sludge at the landfill needs to be removed. Can it be taken to the same <br /> site in Merced County that MUD is already utilizing? <br /> 15. No wastes greater than 50% <br /> liquid are currently permitted at the landfill. <br /> 17. During our monthly routine inspections, wind-agitated reflective tape to control birds has not <br /> been observed. <br /> 18. Describe what methods will be used at the landfill to meet the requirements of AB 1760. <br /> 19. Describe all safety training given to facility personnel. Describe all hazardous waste and <br /> PCB waste training that will be given to facility personnel. <br /> 20. Describe the quarterly routine methane gas monitoring program that will be implemented. <br /> Please notify this Department of all public hearings in advance.
