The following potential <br /> impacts should be addressed in the EIR: <br /> 1. Bird hazards to Stockton Metropolitan Airport. <br /> 2. Contamination of the adjoining creek. <br /> 3. Traffic on County roads and the Route 99 interchanges. <br /> 4. Susceptibility of the area to the 100-year flood. <br /> 5. Removal of any riparian vegetation. <br /> 6. Impact of realignment of the creek. <br /> 7. Odor. <br /> 8. Litter control. <br /> It appears from the maps in the NOP that the Forward Incorporated <br /> site will be included into the City's expansion.
