There are several <br /> ongoing uncorrected violations. These include cover, <br /> intermediate cover, leachate control , grading of fill <br /> surfaces, and an equipment shortage. Prior to obtaining a <br /> revised solid waste racilities permit, it is required that the <br /> violations be corrected, and that a corrective action plan for <br /> groundwater renediation be submitted to CIWMB. <br /> jj�, posa?
