EI Dorado Street <br /> Stockton, CA 95202 <br /> SUBJECT: Removal of the Austin Road Landfill(39-AA-0001) from the Inventory of Solid <br /> Waste Facilities Which Violate State Minimum Standards <br /> Dear Mr. Giottonini: <br /> On April 13, 1998, your agency was sent, via certified mail, a letter indicating that the Austin <br /> Road Landfill was included in the Inventory of Solid Waste Facilities Which Violate State <br /> Minimum Standards (Inventory). The subject facility was included in the Inventory for an <br /> ongoing violation of Title 27, California Code of Regulations, Section 20919.5. <br /> Board staff inspected the subject facility on November 19, 1998 and December 22, 1998, and <br /> documented that landfill gas levels at the property boundary were in compliance with current <br /> regulations.
