A monitoring plan would <br /> be established by the project sponsor that <br /> would meet the requirements of the City of <br /> Stockton Wastewater Ordinance and MUD <br /> for continued testing of leachate. <br /> (b)If leachate is delivered to the MUD <br /> wastewater treatment plant,and the <br /> leachate quality is not acceptable for <br /> disposal at the wastewater treatment plant, <br /> the landfill shall develop on-site leachate <br /> treatment processing that would result in <br /> processed leachate acceptable for disposal <br /> at the wastewater treatment plant or <br /> acceptable to regulatory agencies for on- <br /> site use.
