(CASE NO. 2148) <br /> We have reviewed the Fourth Ouarter 1999 Monitoring Report submitted on 14 January 2000 for the <br /> Austin Road Landfill. The enclosed.Xionitoring Report Compliance Checklists summarizes our <br /> comments on the report. The City of Stockton should submit addendums to the report to address item <br /> numbers 2.b., 2.g., and 2.i. in the checklist,which are required in the Standard Provision portion of your <br /> Waste Discharge Requirements. All future monitoring reports should also address the noted <br /> deficiencies. <br /> Also noted on the checklist, five of the monitor wells exceed the concentration limits for VOCs. The <br /> existing sroundwater extraction system is not successfully containing the contaminant plume and the <br /> City has begun work on revising the Corrective Action.
