Take Safety Precautions <br /> a. Evacuate all users and personnel, as explosives are easily concealed in nearly anything <br /> brought into the landfill. <br /> b. Do not attempt any searches for an explosive device. <br /> 3. Provide Information <br /> a. Call 911 and ask for the police. <br /> b. Explain the circumstances and follow their instructions. <br /> c. Relay, in as much detail as possible, the information gathered from the caller. <br /> d.
