Surround Land Use Present Land Use: The existing landfill is within the jurisdiction of the City of Stockton Drawing G-2, <br /> 14 CCR 18222(f) and is zoned Public Lands (P-L). All the proposed expansion areas Appendix B <br /> Zoning: 14 CCR are within the City of Stockton and are zoned P-L. The land to the <br /> 18222(p) north and the land to the northeast are currently vacant. An <br /> unoccupied residence is located at the southeast corner of the <br /> southeast expansion parcel. The surrounding land uses consist of <br /> agriculture,juvenile/women's prison to the north (Northern California <br /> Youth Authority Center), and the Forward Inc. Landfill located to the <br /> south. DEIR Fig. III.A.1 shows the existing land use for the area <br /> around the project. <br /> I.C.2. The vertical expansion and Proposed <br /> will raise the entire elevation to 150 MSL.
