The load checking program is attached 2; FDSR Sec. <br /> as Appendix J. 2.6.2.8, Pages 2-40 <br /> to 2-41; FDSR Sec. <br /> Sign at the entrance provides a general list of prohibited materials 2.5, Page 2-30 <br /> and a phone number for hazardous waste disposal questions. <br /> If hazardous wastes are found, procedures are defined in the <br /> Contingency Plan in the FDSR Section 2.6.2.8. <br /> Personnel and equipment available is outlined in the FDSR. <br /> Operator supervisors hold monthly meetings with employees on <br /> hazardous waste screening issues. <br /> R.W.
